It does not set out to mimic the sounds of the region but rather uses western instruments to construct an impression. In this it succeeds very well as was admitted by a missionary who lived for five years in Rangoon. The percussion parts and the oboe part are advanced intermediate; the remaining parts are intermediate. 90% of the profits from this work are donated to Christian Solidarity Worldwide.
