The initial time signature is missing in all the voices. the “tempus perfectum” has been assumed from the context. The coloured notes in “tempus imperfectum” as well as the section with a leading "3" are in "proportio sesquialtera". 3 vs. The coloured notes in “tempus perfectum” are "hemiolæ".
